Kids Corner Cabinet Makeover - Homework Area

We have this built in entertainment shelf in the back corner of the family room.

I’ve been wanting a shelf built inside this unit so I can store my boys’ craft, art supplies, crayons, markers, play doh, etc. I’d also be a great homework area.

I started painting this unit quite a while ago, but then got busy and this is how the space has looked for many months:

My husband finally installed the shelf last week and I finished painting and organizing this area.

I painted this unit with Farmhouse paint, white ash color.

Sterelite Bins and little buckets hanging with wall hooks help keep this space in order.

I used these editable labels to label the bins.
